Dear Susan
I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much I enjoyed your video. It is very beautiful, from the spiritual aspects and the lovely surroundings, to your presentation
.I might try to offer a workshop
this fall;
Thanks for the wonderful inspiration; if and when it happens, I will definitely incorporate some of your teachings, and mention the video to the students.
Namast, Autumn

Susan,
I received your video and watched right away. It was a wonderful Video! I am not recovering from Breast surgery, my friend is, but wanted to view before I sent it to her. I had done a mostly shoulder and arm Yoga class the day before and my shoulders were a bit sore. Your exercises were great! I felt a wonderful sense of relief. These are very gently, yet very effective exercises. Its also wonderful backdrop, soft and soothing voice, and very good messages.
Great joy and thank you! Sally

Susan,
Below is an excerpt of an email from my friend who received the video and has tried it. Its a great video. I really like the way you broke it up giving the suggestion to the viewer that they can do anyone of these exercises, anytime. My friend has a very busy schedule and its really wonderful that you produced such a helpful video. She is relatively new to Yoga (about a year before she was diagnosed with breast cancer), and she rarely had time to go to class, always out of town. On her recovery, she was fearful of starting back up again until she was stronger
.and I dont live near her to provide Yoga therapy. This video was really helpful
.
Thank you. Sally

"my dear sally,
you have no idea the difference you have made in my life in so many ways! I have all the poses memorized. I begin my day with floor poses and during the day I tune the world out and do several wall poses in the bathroom and a few chair poses while at my desk. At night, before getting in bed I take extra time and Im back on the floor with my blankets. I have fallen asleep several times in this position and I cant believe how much mobility I am recovering in my arm and shoulder. I am still careful, but I can feel the strength returning a little each day. More than anything what I notice the most is the pain is less.
I wish I could express my appreciation for your caring and help. I cant imagine how many people accept their bodies as is without the knowledge that they could change things. I have a friend who after 15 years still cannot raise her arm. But, then she never knew about this kind of self help
..I am so blessed. I notice that I am also calmer since beginning this exercise. I have listened to the tapes you gave me while doing these poses and my body says
thank you
.thank you
thank you

Dear Kathy:
Thank you for sharing Susan Rosen's Yoga video with me. The journey of recovery after breast cancer proved to be more challenging than I expected. Although I was feeling good and my energy was returning, my ability to raise my arm and do normal lifting was limited. As you know, my life is very full and I'm used to doing most things myself. Everything seemed to take twice as long and I was getting really frustrated! The yoga exercises on the video made an amazing difference. The gentle stretches quickly improved my range of motion while diminishing the tight, hard feeling of the scar tissue. In addition, the video is beautifully and professionally done. I especially appreciated the introduction before each set of poses that explained what items would be required. It would be a great service if doctors would make this video available to their patients.
Blessings to you and Susan Rosen
